Discover The New Wingly Website

We are excited to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website, which was created based on the valuable feedback you have provided us with over the last few months. Our product team has worked on the development of the website the past 8 months. The launch of the 3rd version of our website aims to improve the user-experience for all Wingly users, both private pilots & passengers.

The New Booking System

Thanks to the feedback collected over the past months,  passengers will now have to pay before sending the booking requests, meaning that the flight will be confirmed right after you accept the request. Furthermore, passengers will no longer be able to send booking requests to several pilots at once. We have also decided to increase the flexibility of the flight scheduling. Passengers will from now on only select time ranges where they are available to fly. You will now be able to freely set the exact take-off within that range, depending on your personal and aircraft availability.

Flight Management

The new booking request system involves a new system for managing your flight proposals. Indeed, in order to give you more flexibility, we have changed the way you publish your flight proposals with the introduction of a brand new calendar.

In fact, in order to give you more flexibility, we have changed the way you publish your flight proposals with the introduction of a brand new schedule based on time slots.

Simplification of cost management related to a flight proposal.

In addition, to simplify the verification of ancillary costs, we have added categories for these. And, for the sake of harmonising pilot offers, we have removed the bar of costs which formerly made it possible to lower the participation of passengers on a flight.

Booking Request Management

The booking management has evolved to help you keep an easy overview of your bookings, as well as facilitate communication with passengers.

To facilitate the organisation of your flight, you will now have access to the  contact information of the passengers before accepting the booking request. Add time range:

Booking acceptance

In order to facilitate the planning, we are giving you the flexibility to choose the take-off time the exact take-off time within a time range selected by the passenger 

You have access to an ideal take-off time given by the passenger at the time of the request, however, you are free to modify this time according to the conditions of the day: machine availability, personal availability, weather forecast, etc.

You also have the possibility to accept the reservation request on an alternative date indicated by the passenger at the time of the reservation request.

Access & Filter history

You will now also be able to keep a better overview of past and future booking requests.

Flight Requests

Version 3 focuses on the core of Wingly, which meant removing our flight request feature. According to our data, your experience with Wingly will work best when you actively offer a number of flights, rather than responding to passenger inquiries.

Mobile Version

While we do not currently have an app, we have developed our website to work seamlessly on mobile devices. We understand that many pilots use Wingly on their phones, so we made sure that our website is responsive and easy to use on small screens.
